- Develop a Real Estate company called the Olmstead Reality network, LLC. this Real Estate agency will hire a qualified Real Estate Broker and hire other agents as the business grows. Each agent will receive training by Universal Consultants, LLC., a division of CONGRESS OF DISABLED PERSONS AGAINST EXPLOITATION.
- The training will be done by qualified persons with disabilities on what type of home or apartment is needed for what type of disability. A training course shall be drafted and approved by the Olmstead Network board.
- A website shall developed to show accessible and affordable housing and apartments which are picked by our broker and is under contract. Any modifications or onstruction will be done by Universal Consultant, LLC.
- Aid in training people to live in their own home instead of wasting-away in a nursing home. This will involve Olmstead Freedom Fighters Caregiver Network who shall have training.
- Develop a partnership with the Well, Inc to provide apartments for signal mothers who choose to carry theee baby through birth and are not able to scure an apartment. Their babies have a high risk of being born with a disability. Train these mothers to become Olmstead Freedom Fighters.
